Next Steps

Our process end to end

Our Six Steps

Step 1: Getting Started

We kick things off with a phone call to hear about you and your goals—nothing formal, just a conversation. Then, we set up a Zoom meeting with our team members who know your field best, often bringing everyone along. This part’s on us—no charge—as we take the time to understand each other and lay the groundwork.

Step 3: The Plan

Next, we put together a proposal that spells out what we’ll do, what you’ll get, and what it’ll cost. The price depends on things like where your business is, who we assign to dig in, and how long it takes to write up our findings. We might involve the whole team or just a few key people—it’s based on what you need. Once you say yes, we move to Step 4.

Step 5: The Results

We wrap up with a summary of what we’ve learned, paired with recommendations you can actually use. We skip the vague nonsense and give you specific steps instead, checking in along the way to make sure everything’s on course. This is where you see the difference our approach makes.

Step 2: First Look

Here, we start piecing together the bigger picture of your company. Our whole team digs in, spotting how things connect—what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention fast. While we figure out the smartest way forward, we also draft a proposal. This part’s free, giving you a clear view of where we’re headed without any cost.

Step 4: Close-Up View

Now we go deeper, rolling up our sleeves for the nitty-gritty. This means visiting your site, talking with your team, and digging into every detail. We might even chat with past employees, customers, or investors to get the full story on what’s driving results—or holding them back. Along the way, we’ll have several calls with you to unpack the big issues and refine our focus.

Step 6: Next Steps

At this stage, you decide how we move forward together. Some companies take the reins themselves, but most ask us to stick around—often guiding parts of the turnaround, with our team sometimes stepping into senior roles. Out of all our projects, we’ve only missed the mark twice; every other time, we’ve turned things around for the better.
