Nicci Valiquette

Nicci and Tom first began working together in 2013 and have remained in close collaboration ever since. Most recently Nicci worked as Chief of Staff for a Middlerock client company where she was responsible for helping rebuild the entire operations team, including the modernization of all operational systems.

Nicci’s strength is evaluating core characteristics of our client’s employees and often makes organizational recommendations that have proven to be highly effective with clients.
