Tom Nault
Tom purchased his first company immediately after graduating from college in the early 80s, during a severe US economic recession. He then sold the business to establish a venture-funded food company, which was followed by a food technology company that was acquired just one year later.
For a decade, Tom served as a federal court-appointed corporate trustee, taking over assets and companies that faced difficulties with the federal government. Subsequently, he founded an intellectual property holding company and later acquired Open Interface North America, which was eventually sold to Qualcomm. Tom is a former board member of Numerix, Inc., which was sold to Genstar in 2022, and he currently holds board positions at America's Automotive Trust and Truebird Coffee. His comprehensive bio is available on LinkedIn here.
In 2021, Tom embarked on a four-month journey across the US in his Airstream Interstate Sprinter van, accompanied by his dog. This adventure led him to an incredible house in Missouri, which now serves as his home base.
Tom offers assistance in areas ranging from startups to large organizational challenges, having experience in diverse fields such as corporate insolvency and entrenched company culture issues.
